Icy Strait Seafoods, Inc. offers all five species of Alaskan salmon from a variety of gear types (troll, seine and gillnet). Main harvest times are from mid-June to mid-September.

Flavor profiles vary between rich and mild depending on the fat content of the species and the environment in which it matured. Meat colors range from pink to deep red.
