Alaska’s shellfish is world-renowned with its famed King crab at the top of its ranks. King Crab is prized for its white, rich, sweet meat that is both firm and tender. This species grows between 6-10 lbs with legs and body grow to an impressive size. Their flavor is light and versatile – a decadent addition to any recipe, sure to deliver the “wow” factor.
Snow crab’s winter harvest takes place in February. Their snowy-white flesh is delicate and sweet and blends well with many recipe applications. Available in sections or cocktail claws.
Our crab is bought from local fishermen and delivered live to our docks to be processed. At our processing centers shellfish is flash-frozen to preserve peak freshness, nutrition and flavor.
To ensure we are providing sustainably caught crab to our customers, we offer product traceability from the initial harvest area all the way to our customer’s door. Our shellfish is certified sustainable by Alaska’s Responsible Fisheries Management and by the Marine Stewardship Council.
